Redesign of the app with the addition of new features and a complete overhaul of the visual identity to better align with the graphic universe of UMI.
The main objective of UMI Club & Culture is to offer a payment solution within the UMI club.
In this project, I didn’t aim to recreate the entire application due to time constraints, but rather to challenge myself by laying the groundwork for a more modern visual redesign, better aligned with UMI’s brand identity, while integrating features aimed at strengthening customer loyalty.

I brainstormed ideas to structure the UMI app ecosystem, which then allowed me to translate it into a functional and detailed flowchart.
L’analyse a notamment mis en évidence une navigation pouvant être simplifiée, une hiérarchie des pages à repenser, plusieurs CTA concurrents, des incohérences dans les composants visuels ainsi que certaines sections dont la structure ne facilitait pas suffisamment la compréhension de l’information. L’objectif de cette première étape était de distinguer les éléments à conserver, ceux à améliorer et ceux à restructurer avant de commencer le design.

L’objectif était de construire une navigation qui corresponde davantage au parcours naturel d’un visiteur : comprendre qui est Yaba Leki, découvrir ses services et ses domaines d’expertise, explorer ses activités et contenus, puis pouvoir facilement entrer en contact avec l’agence.
Cette réflexion a également permis de prévoir de nouvelles pages et fonctionnalités, tout en regroupant certains contenus afin d’éviter une navigation trop fragmentée.
