In this project, I didn’t aim to recreate the entire application due to time constraints, but rather to challenge myself by laying the groundwork for a more modern visual redesign, better aligned with UMI’s brand identity, while integrating features aimed at strengthening customer loyalty.

I brainstormed ideas to structure the UMI app ecosystem, which then allowed me to translate it into a functional and detailed flowchart.
New features I've added to the app:
Listen to the playlist of the month
Receive event notifications
View a calendar with filters for events
Offer a UMI token to a friend (a drink)
Pay back a friend

The wireframe allowed me to visually translate my interface ideas which I then developed on Figma

Creating a mood board was an essential step in bringing together the elements used by UMI in its online communication, in order to design an application faithful to its visual universe.
